TwirlSport Scotland Majorettes (TSSM) was established in June 2022 to promote and develop the sport of majorettes across Scotland.
As the national organisation for majorettes, we provide structured learning opportunities for athletes and coaches while delivering a vibrant annual competition programme, including:
Saltire Championships – June
Scottish Championships – November
We are proud to bring Scotland’s majorette community together as one united organisation — built on passion, ambition, and shared success
About Us
TwirlSport Scotland Majorettes represents athletes of all ages and abilities across the country. Our community is founded on dedication, teamwork, and a shared love for the sport.
We encourage athletes to:
• Develop technical excellence and performance artistry
• Build confidence and resilience
• Form lasting friendships
• Support and celebrate one another
Together, we create an environment where every member has the opportunity to thrive.
Scotland Squad & Development Squad
TSSM proudly operates both a Scotland Squad and a Development Squad, with athletes currently working towards international competition.
These squads represent the highest standard of training, commitment, and performance within our organisation, offering pathways for athletes to compete on the world stage.

We encourage all athletes, coaches, judges, officials, and supporters to strive for continual improvement. Excellence is achieved through dedication, passion, creativity, and self-belief.
Friendship
Our sport builds solidarity, team spirit, and optimism. Trust, encouragement, and sportsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
Respect
We promote compassion, empathy, and integrity within our community. Every role in our sport is valued, and we lead by example with kindness and accountability.
